1.Ordering

2.Shipping Cost

Notably, any orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands and French Overseas Territories, are subject to an additional surcharge.

4.Payment

All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.

5.Delivery

Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.

Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.

We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

6.Availability

We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.

8.Order Change Or Cancellation

We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.

However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.

9. 30 Days Refund

We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.

10. 12 Month Guarantee

Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs
