If a private buyer wants to return an item due to their mistake, no longer needing it, or they don't like the item etc we will refund for the item but not the postage. If the problem is down to our mistake or the goods are faulty etc we will refund the postage as well on those orders. We adhere to and go beyond the consumer contract act. Any misuse of returns will be reported to eBay for deliberately misusing a seller protection programme.
 
Business buyers do not come under the same act. These are our B2B terms. Returns will be at our discretion. If you are thinking of buying in bulk then buy a sample first to make sure it is what you want.

Royal Mail does not see an item as missing until 14 days have passed from dispatch.
Once an item is posted we not liable for any delays that may occur in Royal Mails systems.
