What is a refurbished laptop & what to expect when buying a refurbished item?
A refurbished laptop is almost identical to a new laptop just with minor signs of previous use, whether that be from when the machine when displayed as a demonstration laptop, or has previously been owned by another person before being returned. Refurbished laptops unlike most refurbished items don't lose their speed & will have the same performance as a brand new laptop just for a lot less money, and maybe with minor signs of use to the device.
 
All machines are fully tested to the highest standard, ensuring every laptop we send out will perform to the highest of its ability.
However, if you have any problems when receiving your item then please contact us before raising any disputes. This way we can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Please email us through at marioscomputers4u@gmail.com or alternatively message us through eBay or contact us by telephone.
 
Customs
There are no extra taxes, charges or duties to pay when sending goods within the European Union. However, when you order goods from us to be delivered overseas you may be liable to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs must be settled by you. We do not control these charges and we cannot predict how much the cost will be.
 
Battery Life Disclaimer
Actual battery life will vary depending on your specific hardware and software configurations. We do not guarantee battery life for used items or new items.
 
Corrections
As an honest seller we try our best possible to describe items properly but sometimes we do get it wrong. We will appreciate it if you would advise us of any mistakes in our listing.
 
Returns
We allow you 30 days to contact us to return your purchase if it does not meet our description, however, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out. We provide a 90 day “Back to Base” warranty if your item should develop a technical fault. We will then let you know if the item can be repaired or you will be refunded. All items returned will be inspected by our technical team and we get back to you within 3 working days with either a refund or a repair date. In an attempt to prevent component swapping we place small "warranty void" stickers. Only remove these stickers if you were satisfied with the unit and you do not have any intentions of returning them. Returns will not be accepted if stickers have been tampered with or removed.
 
Items damaged in transit
We pack our products well, but if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you can either refuse to take delivery of the item or sign for the item as “damaged”. It may also be the case that you realize that the item is damaged after taking delivery of the goods. In all cases please notify us within 12 hours of the delivery and we’ll be in touch with you to help resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
