UK Delivery
Standard delivery in the UK is included; sent with Royal Mail 48, which has a 2-5 working day delivery aim, or myHermes 3-6 working days. ** IMPORTANT ** - If your item has not arrived after 5 working days please request a delivery update through eBay, ensuring you confirm your delivery address details: Allow us 3-4 working days to investigate your case. Delivery times may be extended around major public holidays due to delays in the postal system, we will always post within 1 working day all year round.
International Delivery
International Delivery - with Royal Mail, (5-7 working days, delivery aim) & DeutschePost, (8-10 working days, delivery aim). International mail delivery times are always a delivery aim and may take up to 28 days in reality. If your item has not arrived within 28 days then please request a delivery update through eBay, ensuring you confirm your delivery address details. Delivery may take considerably longer to South and Central America and is by a tracked service only. Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Thailand are tracked postage only. *** PLEASE NOTE *** eBay international delivery estimates are estimates so can sometimes be incorrect (especially around Public Holidays in the UK & Your own country) therefore delivery times are stated above. We will refund or replace items that fail to be delivered within 28 days from dispatch in Europe and 42 days in the rest of the world. Refunds or replacement items will not be issued (regardless of whether a claim has been started) unless you allow 28 or 42 days for your item to arrive.
Item Not Arrived
Please refer to the delivery times above. If your item has still not arrived then please do contact us and/or open an eBay missing item case and we will investigate within the time limit allowed by eBay and update you with a delivery estimate, where appropriate.

All prices include VAT at 20%. Please message us if you require a VAT receipt and allow 48 hours for your request to be dealt with.

Payment is to be made by PayPal only.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns of un-used, un-fitted items for 30 days after receipt of the item. Please use the eBay returns process for this. Return postage costs & method are your responsibility. We will provide a return label for faulty items. If your item is new & unused outside of this 30 day period then we may still accept the return, please message us if this applies to you.
