- If you cancel an order and you have already paid in for the goods, you will receive a full refund if the item has not been sent. If the item has been sent you will receive a refund on the product once it has been returned to us.
- We are not responsible for any shipping/ postage charge that you may incur for returning products.
- If you have a specific problem with the item you have received, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it explaining the problem. send a message to our eBay account via the 'contact seller' link. After this period, it is down to our discretion whether we decide to replace, refund or part refund the item if at all.
