TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS
* eBay Managed Payments – goods dispatched same day, if payment cleared before noon Mon-Fri except holidays.
* Bank Transfers and Bank Drafts depending on your bank ( we use Barclays Bank ) takes 2-5 working days to clear.
* Cash paid over counter into our bank account shows same working day, if paid before end of business day.
* Goods are dispatched immediately for Payments cleared before noon, Mon-Fri.
 
VAT
* VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE @ 20%, we always supply a VAT invoice with goods.
* VAT registration number GB 752 2434 48.
 
SHIPPING
* All items must be paid in full, funds cleared ( including product price, shipping & handling ) for goods to be dispatched.
* We take extreme care when packaging goods; use plenty of packaging materials to ensure safety of goods in transit.
* If your item is being sent via Courier ( this will be stated in delivery options in the listing , delivery option will show as " Other Courier " there is a £10 surcharge for deliveries to following post-codes:
BT, AB 36 to 38 AND 55 to 56, FK 17 to 21, GY, HS 0 to 9, IM, IV, JE, KW 27 to 99, PA 20 to 99, PH 15 to 32 AND 33 to 99, TR 21 to 25, ZE,...
 
For for most surcharge areas surcharge will be automatically applied (in some cases where only partial post-codes in surcharge zone it will need to be added manually ie:AB 36 to 38)
We will offer economy service at no extra charge if available.
* Courier deliveries to following postcodes are on TWO DAY service (and Offshore Island deliveries may take longer than two days) regardless if surcharge applies or not.

Warranty & Returns
We supply New and Refurbished equipment with one year return to base hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.
Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
Please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will try to help resolve any problems.
If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail.
RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number.
Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.
If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund.
 
Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable / non returnable.
Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item for Unwanted items / Items purchased in error.
