Collection options.
We are unable to support ad-hoc callers/collections during the present COVID-19 pandemic. If you wish to collect your purchase in person please message us before attempting to make a collection so we are able to make suitable arrangements.
 
Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Standard warranty terms are 12 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely case of experiencing what you think may be a defect or fault, please contact us first so that we may fully assist and diagnose, etc. Over 90% of first reported defects or faults are resolved via telephone, eBay message or email without the need for a return. If a product return is required and agreed by us please return the complete product exactly as received together with an accurate fault description plus proof of purchase/original receipt/invoice (from the DOCS ENCLOSED on the original package front) plus any accessories and internal packaging as originally supplied.
During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from us if available.
For missing accessories such as manuals or other items, please email, message via eBay, or telephone 0174750501.
Warranty will be void in all instances of opened or tampered with products, casings, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness, and using the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
 
We always security mark all products and accessories as well as keeping accurate records of all product serial numbers when present; these marks and numbers are always verified upon receipt of a return to ensure any returned product or part originated from us and is within warranty.
