POSTING
I aim to post all items within 1 day of cleared payment being received, in practice quite often the same day. If there is a delay I will contact you.
 
COMBINED POSTAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I am happy to combine postage whenever possible. Please put all of your items into your basket before checking out and pay for all of your items together and you will be automatically be given at least £1 discount per extra item purchased sometimes greater depending on the item. If you are purchasing a few items then there may be further discounts I can give. Please email me and I will give you a quote for shipping. If the postage I receive from you is excessive and I can make savings for you by shipping together I will do so unless you specifically ask me not to and I will refund any extra back to your PayPal account once payment has been received.
 
MISSING ITEMS
A postage receipt is always obtained and items sent by the method stated on the individual listing. If you particularly want recorded/signed for or next day delivery on an item please contact me first this can be arranged at cost on payment of the fee to me.
I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail once an item has been posted. Please note that the Royal Mail does not consider “an item lost” until 15 working days – UK buyers and 25 days – Overseas buyers so until this time has elapsed there is NOTHING I CAN DO. Please be aware that I always obtain a certificate of posting and I will assist with any missing item claims once the required time frame has elapsed. Please inform me if your item has not arrived within these time constraints.

Feedback is left for buyers once feedback is received. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact me first to see if the matter can be rectified, I will always try to resolve a complaint amicably and fairly if given the opportunity.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, and unless I have grossly misrepresented the item, may be subject to a handling fee to cover time, effort and costs. I will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage and packaging charge. I will not give refunds just “because you have changed your mind ”
