DAMAGE and LOSS: We will NOT accept claims for damage or loss (partial or full), unless we are advised within 15 days from date of notice of the goods been despatched. Any un-received item claim advised after the 15 days will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Orders reported as lost which have been authorised to be left in a safe place either with us or directly with our delivery partner, will not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund.
 
INCORRECT ORDERS; Items that have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer, will not automatically be accepted for return, refund or exchange, unless otherwise agreed. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the part they buy will fit their application. Please contact us for help if you are unsure
 
COST OF RETURN: The cost of returning any item must initially be covered by the customer. Any agreed refunds, including returned postage will only be issued once we receive the item back in good condition. Any item refunds either partial or full will not automatically include the cost of any chargeable postage & pack, unless otherwise agreed. Any eligible free delivery item returned due to a change of mind will NOT qualify for a refund against return p&p.
 
REFUNDS: Any agreed refunds either partial or full will be issued within 6 working days from confirmation of either receipt and inspection of the returned item or J&M Gaskets & Seals Ltd agreeing to issue the refund
 
EBAY MANAGED RETURNS: J&M Gaskets & Seals Ltd will not automatically accept returns via eBay's managed returns program, as we have our own returns policy in place set at 14 days. In some cases we will allow up 30 days in line with eBay's recommended returns policy provided we are notified with 14 days that you wish to return your item. Should you have the need to return an item please contact us directly before using managed returns
 
CHARGEABLE POST & PACK: J&M Gaskets & Seals Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order where the buyer has not paid for the correct postage stated in the listing or invoice. In this instance a refund, less 10% administration charge will be issued, unless otherwise agreed.
 
UNDELIVERED ITEMS & CHARGES: Any orders returned (including those eligible for free delivery) where the carrier/postal services has been unable to deliver and re-delivery attempts have been made, will not automatically be eligible for free re-delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that deliveries can be accepted. Alternatively please provide another address or safe place where your order can be left. Any refunds issued as a result of failed delivery will be subject to return charges imposed by the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders will be shipped DAP (delivery duty unpaid). Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the receiver (our customer). J&M Gaskets & Seals will not accept charges incurred for items returned as a result of refusal to pay required duties. Any refunds agreed and issued will have these charges deducted from them.
INCOMPLETE CHECKOUT: Any orders received and check out and payment is not complete within 3 days of order or receipt of invoice will be subject to order cancellation request. If the cancellation request is refused J&M Gaskets & Seals expect the buyer to complete the purchase.
 
DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times are quoted as estimates only. Firm or guaranteed delivery dates will not be accepted as subject of the order. Late or failed deliveries will not automatically qualify for cancellation & refund, unless otherwise agreed.
For UK orders we will not consider a package lost until the 15th working day has passed after dispatch. Most packages are delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time. Please contact us after the 15 days if you have not received your order
International orders normally get delivered within 10 - 18 working days after dispatch. Please note, this is the estimated guidelines for 95% of all overseas deliveries, however in very small circumstances beyond our control, your package can sometimes take a little longer for delivery due to customs excise and imports. If a tracked package is confirmed as held with the customs authorities we deem this as still on track for delivery and we will not accept a cancellation against it. International orders will not be deemed lost until 45 days after the shipping date has passed.
 
ORDER DELAYS: Should an item become out of stock or we expect an extended delay, we will notify the customer as quickly as possible with an accurate despatch date. In this case the order will not automatically qualify for cancellation and refund unless agreed.
 
COMBINED ORDERS: We will do our best to send multiple orders together in the quoted despatch time. If required we will notify the customer of any short delay to allow us to do this.
 
ITEM CHANGES: We reserve the right to alter, add or remove a listing or price without advance warning before purchase & checkout is complete.
 
ITEM PHOTOGRAPHS: All product photographs are to be used as a guide only. Appearance may vary but specifications will be unaffected
