Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
1.
By purchasing and fitting the turbocharger customers agree to all the below terms and conditions of sale.
 
2.
We strongly advise that you do not book labor arrangements with the mechanic until your goods have arrived and have been inspected. We will not cover consequential costs (including mechanic/garage cancellation charges) arising as a result of delivery delays.
 
3.
The warranty does not cover the labor cost or any other costs related to changing the faulty turbocharger.
 
4.
The old turbocharger should be returned within 21 days of the transaction. The unit must be in complete condition and if it comes with the electronic actuator, then it's plug must not be broken.
We do not cover the shipping costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment
costs from your own expenses.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the warranty of the new turbocharger.
 
5.
The WARRANTY will become invalid in the following cases:
A) If you cannot support the warranty claim with:
* original warranty card provided by Atom Car Parts Ltd alongside of the product
* valid invoice from the seller for the required parts for the correct assembly of the main turbo unit (oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil supply pipe, drain pipe)
* valid invoice for installation from a professional workshop/mechanic of the turbo part bought from us;
B) If turbocharger/cartridge returned to us as faulty is found to be damaged by incorrect fitting/contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty
C) Failure to comply with the obligation to return the old turbo as part of the exchange process
 
Please note: We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts are fitted only by specifically trained automotive technicians. NO liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.
 
6.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time the information is entered into the system.

For products damaged in transit, a claim must be made to us via eBay message within 24 hours, photos of the packaging and parts must be provided for the claim to be processed.

International returns:
If you are returning a product to us from outside the UK, you must correctly complete the customs declaration, indicating that the package contains "returned goods" or similar. If your package is held at UK Customs and a fee is charged, we will refuse to pay and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty to return our parts.
