Damaged items must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. All our products come with a 30 days RTB (Return to base) warranty. If you have a problem with one of our products, please email us before returning, and we will try our upmost to help. If items are sold as ‘fautly’ or ‘sold as seen’, then there is

None compatible items maybe returned subject to evaluation. Resellable items can be returned for a refund less the postage cost and a 20% restocking fee.

We cannot send an item to any address other than the one you have on file with ebay, for fraud prevention reasons. If you need it sending to a different address you will need to change your ebay registered address.
