Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item and only after the return is authorized by us. You must return the item in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging, unused, not altered in any way, with all original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags and returned in a safe packaging. Before sending back the item please contact us to tell the issue. All postage expenses must be paid by the customer. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
