We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We dispatch our items via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service, incase of loss you would have to wait 15 working days before we can fully reimburse you or send you an alternative item.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us

We take payment from your account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your account details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods
 
Please note that for the International orders we accept the payment through PayPal only while our local customers can also pay through Postal Orders.
 
For all purchases payment should be made within 4 working days and if the payment is not received we will not be liable for the availability of the item .

Your bought item will be sent via Royal Mail depending upon the service available in the listing. We post the item same or next working day depending on the purchase time after the payment has been received.
 
If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
 
 
Once the item is purchased , we we dispatch your item within 24 hours. And your tracking number will be provided a negative feedback cannot be left due to the late delivery from Royal Mail. Should there be complications kindly check with your local sorting office and get back to us and we will happy send you an alternative item or a refund.
 
Returns
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee, only the cost of the item will be refunded unless the items are proven to be faulty .
If they are proven to be faulty it would take 2 – 5 working days to get the inspected and if found faulty we will reimburse the postage costs associated with returning.
Note that fittings can vary from Person to person and from manufacturers they may come small or big and we recommend you to ask before buying. Incase they do not fit you can return only for the cost of the item.
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item please have a look at our return policy below which is Returns are accepted only in its original condition, Item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.
