Orders and Deliveries
Orders are only accepted via the internet.
Dates and times of delivery are estimates only. Toys-Extreme strives to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however, we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day.
🚚All items purchased before 12 pm noon Monday to Friday will be posted the same day, where possible. All items purchased between Friday 12 pm. noon and 12 pm noon Monday, will be posted on Monday where possible. All items purchased during Bank Holidays will be posted on the first available working day.🚚
Uk orders are shipped via either Royal Mail 2nd class or Hermes Tracked.
We retain the right to use a different delivery company to that advertised if we require to do so for whatever reason.
We do not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless we are notified via ebay messages within three days of the goods being delivered.
International orders are shipped via tracked post and delivery times vary from 2-8 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times during the COVID-19 crisis. Tracking numbers will be sent via the shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
The buyer is liable for any Customs or Import Duty.
Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal
Payment for goods must be received before the goods are despatched.
Returns
Toys-Extreme strives to provide our customers with exceptional quality goods. On rare occasions, however, these goods may turn out to be faulty or defective.
Claims for damage, non-functionality, and mis-shipping must be made within three days of receipt. After this date, replacements will not be offered.
If the customer would like to cancel the item or you are not fully satisfied, simply return the item to us in an unused condition with the original packing and we will process a refund once the item is received.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide the best service and a pleasant shopping experience for all of our customers. If there are any questions or problems, kindly please contact us via eBay message and we will make every possible effort to answer all of the queries within 48 hours.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us PRIOR to leaving any negative or neutral feedback and allow us a chance to resolve the problem.
Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, Toys-Extreme does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the product specifications before placing an order.
Product Specifications
Toys-Extreme makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to vary actual dimensions, specifications, and quantities without prior notice.
Toys-Extreme Liability
Toys-Extreme will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however, caused. This includes loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss. Toys-Extreme liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items have a 30-day refund policy. Please contact us via Ebay's message service if you wish to return your item.
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged or any item that is still in an unopened box for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Toys-Extreme reserves the right to test and check returns and impose the customer a fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product and is found to be No Fault Found, or if the item is not able to be re-sold in the same condition due to minor use or broken seals on the packaging.
Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts or packaging, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Missing Parts / Accessories or Damage need to be reported with 7 days of receiving the item. After this period Toys-Extreme cannot be held responsible and may not be able to help in regards to returns or replacement parts.
Please note our prices include UK standard delivery and any items that are returned due to change or mind, purchased by mistake, or found not to be faulty may have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. For example, the original cost of the item was £19.97, Toys-Extreme Too cost to ship the order was £4 so you will receive a refund of £15.97. We do not profit from this it only covers our cost to originally ship the item to you.
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date you return if delivered for your refund to be processed.
We are unable to refund any delayed orders as this is out of our control.
Errors and Omissions
Toys-Extreme makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its website are precise and accurate. On the occasion when a mistake may occur, Toys-Extreme will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that it has already accepted the customer's order. Toys-Extreme's liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the customer has paid relating to that order.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Toys-Extreme reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information we will collect about you is that which is given at the time of ordering. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
