Faulty / Damaged Items - Returns

We do accept returns. However if a customer missed the delivery two times and we received the item back from the courier there will be a charge of 5.00 deducted, Then buyer needs to pay £3.95 for redelivery or we can issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95 and the £5.00 for return. Furthermore if buyer changes their mind or the item is not required then they can send it back to us at their own cost and we will issue the refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95.
