📌 ITEM CONDITION & MEASUREMENTS
 
1) All the clothing items are listed in UK sizes. If you are unsure about your size then please contact me prior to purchase.
2) All the items are measured approximate and laid flat. Allow 0.5-1” discretion in measurements as it’s measured manually.
3) Branded items size will be created/made according to their head designer. Our EBay Store cannot be held responsible based upon fit/sizing.
4) Most items are posted in plastic bags so they will require ironing at the time of use(do not iron if you are not intend to keep)
5) If on the very rare occasion imperfection was noticed whilst packing or mistake in stock quantity, you would be informed in the first instance and the item would be refunded before posting.
6) Camera flash resolution is different to computer screen resolution so some colours might appear different. If you are not sure about the colour ask for more pictures.
7) We only post the items to the PayPal Delivery Address (recommended by PayPal)
 
 
📌 RETURN
 
1) Item must be returned within 30 days since receipt.
2) All the items must be unworn, undamaged and makeup free with tags attached in the same condition that the item was sent. Buyer has to pay return postage.
3) Please obtain your proof of postage receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address. For your protection, we recommend using a postal service that has adequate insurance for the value of the goods being returned. No refunds if item is not returned.
 
📌 REFUND
 
1) Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used to make the original payment method (Not on different PayPal account) within 3 working day of receipt of an item.
2) Sometimes refunds go as an E-cheque and can take 7-10 working days to clear into buyers account.
3) Postage Charges are non-refundable. I.E. if item is returned which has free postage (UK) offered, will be refunded item price less occurred postage cost to send out (£4.50 will be deducted for the UK free post items). For rest of the world only item price will be refunded (no postage charges will be refunded).
 
📌 EXCHANGE
 
1) If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place another order and return the original. This is to ensure the item you want is in stock, as availability can change quickly.
 
 
📌 LOST ITEM
 
2) We understand that it’s frustrating that item is not delivered on time. We can provide the proof of posting to confirm it was posted on time frame mentioned on the listing. We kindly ask you to wait 15 days from the posting date for lost item inquiry.
3) We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control.
