We only offer for sale fully genuine quality items and product authenticity of all items sold is guaranteed. We DO NOT sell or trade in any VARIANTS OR COPY ITEMS OR SWOP ITEMS and we will not respond to any questions about items being authentic or not!
 
If you have a reasonable question about an item you are interested in, we will try to respond to you within the day. Unfortunately, questions on specific sizing of items and additional photos of labels, boxes, tags etc., we cannot reply to immediately as our stock is not always immediately accessible, as it is locked in a secure unit and we only access this at certain times of the working day.
 
Shipping:
 
All items purchased are despatched the next working day and the standard UK postage used is ROYAL MAIL 1st Class 'Signed For' delivery. Occasionally another courier may be used if weight or size restrictions etc., require this. A full Tracking service will be used in such instances.
 
We do offer a premium delivery service WITHIN THE UK ONLY for an additional price. Please refer to the item in question or message us for details of the additional costs and delivery time offered.
 
Items within the United Kingdom and world-wide will be shipped via Royal and a tracking number will be updated on eBay after payment has cleared via PayPal and the package has been accepted and dispatched via Royal Mail. The UK postal confirmation tracking number which allows you to track your package can be viewed by buyers online at the Royal Mail web site.
 
All items are shipped internationally vie eBay’s own GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (GSP). There are no exceptions to this so please do not ask as we will not reply to such requests. International/overseas tracking numbers will be provided eBay and updated by eBay GSP against the item purchased.
 
Please note that the delivery time provided by eBay is only ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED and this particularly applies during the current PANDEMIC with many postal delivery delays occurring in both the UK and shipping worldwide. This is due to associated postal service problems because of staffing and operating issues with many couriers and shipping companies, and unfortunately this increasing. Please understand that once a package is with Royal Mail, we have no control over the transit time while on route to its final delivery destination. We cannot contact them for updates on their deliveries as they do not respond.

RETURNS are welcome within 30 days of purchase, but only if it is in the original BRAND-NEW condition and unworn/unused by the buyer. We DO NOT offer exchanges of products and the original item must be returned for purpose of eBay’s own Buyer and Seller protection guarantees.
 
Please note we will not accept Returns or Exchanges on WORN merchandises. If this happens, we will report the matter directly to eBay for them to resolve.
 
All items must be shipped back as it was sent to the buyer, including any double boxed item, to avoid any further transit damage.

Proof of purchase and requests for original receipts of purchase:
 
Receipt of purchase/Proof of purchase for all items bought are provided by eBay and are in the buyers eBay purchase section and also in the PayPal account used to pay for the item. This is the only Proof of purchase a buyer will be supplied with.
 
As a business seller we never supply to customers our own original purchase receipts from retailers as these have to be retained in all cases for Business Accounting purposes Income and Vat tax requirements. In addition, any Retailer purchase receipt must be retained for a period of time in case an item needs to be returned to the retailer for any reason, e.g. Sale or Return deals with suppliers, quality problems etc. Most items are on a multi-bulk purchase receipt and normally do not identify individual items purchased and are of no use to anyone else other than ourselves and the Retailer.
 
Requests for original Proof of Purchase will be declined. In exceptional circumstances a copy receipt may be supplied depending on the value of purchase. However, such receipts may have confidential information removed or edited from them e.g. purchase cost, address details, purchase card details etc.
 
If you need any further clarification then buyers should speak to eBay directly about their purchase receipt policies for sellers, BEFORE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE and not afterwards.
