a. All items delivered to a UK address will be dispatched using a signed for/tracked service
b. All delivery times and dates are estimations
c. Please ensure that your package is intact before signing for it
d. International shipments are dispatched using DHL Express. DHL express will inform you and any duties owed. DHL may also charge a handling fee for calculating duties
e. The delivery charge will not include any customs charges. If you are based outside the UK, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be
f. Confirmation or proof of your delivery address may be required via telephone or email for some high value items. A Watchfinder representative will advise if this is required
 
2. Delivery Costs

a. We accept returns within 14 days of the item arriving with you. We will use the tracking details for the parcel to determine this date
b. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and stated in the listing
c. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when sold, we will converse with eBay and may only offer a partial refund or no refund at all
d. The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed in writing by a Watchfinder representative. The returns policy is explained in each listing
