WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ITEM?
 
I want you to be happy with what you've purchased, with the reassurance that you don't get stuck with it if you don't.
 
 
There are exceptions to what you can return. Pierced jewellery can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Therefore any jewellery sets which contain earrings or pierced nose rings, for example, will be non refundable. Nail polish is also non refundable.
 
 
Returnable items, must be unworn, unchanged (in the case of unstitched suits) and returned in it's original packaging and the process below followed in order for a refund to be considered:
 
 
Email nisha.davdra@gmail.com on the day of delivery to advise that the item is being returned. Return the item on the next working day. You must use First Class Signed For service as the method of posting and this will be at your additional cost.
 
 
Refunds
A refund will be made to you via Paypal. I will deduct the original postage and packaging and processing fee which was originally charged.
 
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
 
 
Your order is inspected and packed with care to ensure your goods arrive properly cushioned and ready to delight. If during transit, an item is damaged, email Nisha.Davdra@gmail.com on day of delivery details of all damage. You must attach photographs of the damage. The item must then be returned on the following working day in it's original packaging using 1st class Signed For delivery service for an exchange for the exact product or a suitable alternative. This process can take up to 14 days if the replacement items needs to be reordered. You should then submit a claim for the additional delivery cost you incurred via email with a copy of your receipt which I will then refund to you. Only up to the value of the original postage fee can be paid back on this additional charge.
 
Please note that some loose stones, crystals, pearls etc on necklace sets are not considered faulty or damaged. These can be simply popped back into the necklace using regular strong glue by the customer.
