Whilst Fergusons of Stirling Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description, provided as the case maybe, Fergusons of Stirling Ltd is not responsible for the minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against Fergusons of Stirling Ltd by the Purchaser.
 
Deliveries & Shipping Charges
Fergusons of Stirling Ltd will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
Shipping charges are worked out during checkout. There are normally 1-3 shipping options available. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx, DHL, UPS, UKMail, DPD or via another reputable carrier. Express UK shipping options are normally a next working day service (please check eBay for delivery estimates - most of our items are dispatched within 0-3 working days) to most mainland UK addresses (remote locations may take longer). Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more than two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Payments received for orders with incorrect postage paid will be invoiced for the difference. All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods.
Title
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Fergusons of Stirling Ltd shall remain the property of Fergusons of Stirling Ltd until paid for in full.
Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch.
 
Contract Cancellation / Returns
You must inform us of your desire to cancel your order within the period displayed on the item page commencing on the day the goods are delivered to you (please use eBay's returns procedure or message using the eBay messaging system to ensure receipt). You must return the goods to us within 14 days of requesting the return. Returned goods must be clean, unused, undamaged, in original undamaged packaging (sealed packaging must not be opened), in the same condition as received. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately packed and insured for the return journey. On receipt of the item in acceptable condition, we shall refund the amount of money paid by you for the goods and original shipping cost to you (UK shipping costs only). Goods returned in acceptable condition outside of this period must be authorised by us prior to return and may be subject to a handling charge of no more than 20% and the original shipping cost to you will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
