While filmandtvstuff tries to ensure that all prices, product descriptions and printer compatibility on eBay are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.
 
Purchasing
 
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
 
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and filmandtvstuff until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by filmandtvstuff of your offer to buy goods from us or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by filmandtvstuff
 
You must check that the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
 
You undertake that all details you provide to filmandtvstuff for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the debit or credit card you are using is your own and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
 
If there are any address changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform eBay and filmandtvstuff as soon as possible by changing your details on eBay.
 
Liability
 
Filmandtvstuff does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, images, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Images of product packaging may vary from time to time for marketing purposes only.
 
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price or specification. If you have been charged for the item(s) but we have not dispatched it we will cancel and refund your order.
 
Filmandtvstuff does not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from filmandtvstuff.
 
Delivery
 
Your order will be dispatched viaa Royal Mail by the service detailed in the item description filmandtvstuff aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items the same day of receiving your order. Due to the nature of the business your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable from time to time due to poor supply from the manufacturers and the current stock status is always approximate.
 
The period stated within which you will receive your order via Royal Mail is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and as stated in the order confirmation.
 
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
 
Some orders will be dispatched separately for insurance purposes. Although we dispatch all items at the same time please be aware that the parcels may not arrive at the same time.
 
For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
 
What do I do if my order has not shown up?
 
Please only contact us if you have waited 15 working days from the dispatch email you have received from us and have followed the procedures outlined below.
 
Items can get delayed in the post especially around busy holiday periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays or if there is adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. These factors are outside our control but we have strict processes in place to protect our customers and ourselves against loss, damage or theft. If your item has not turned up please follow the procedures outlined and then contact us if it still hasn’t shown up.
Most items are too large to fit through the letterbox and from experience not all postmen leave “whilst you were out” cards. Therefore please check with your neighbours and contact your local Royal Mail collection office in case your item is waiting to be picked up.
Check that the address you have on eBay and PayPal is the address you are now residing. If it is not please contact that address.
Ask your household members or colleagues if they have received your item in case they took delivery and have not informed you.
It is possible for items to be mislaid at collection offices. Inform your postman to look out for the parcel you are expecting and ask him to double check the collection office. Sometimes we receive parcels back from collection offices despite customers stating they did check with their collection office. Contact your local collection office EVERY DAY as sometimes items do turn up after your initial check.
 
If your item still doesn’t turn up and you have waited 15 working days (28 days for Rest of World) from the postal date please email us at customerservices@printcartridge.net
We will ask you to fill in and sign a “Lost in post” declaration which will need to be returned to us before we will replace or refund your item. This information is used by Royal Mail to place on their database to their improve services and to track multiple claims by fraudulent customers. If you refuse to sign the declaration form please note that your information will still be submitted to Royal Mail. By doing so we are making eBay a safer place to buy and sell.
Please note opening an eBay case before the 15 working days will not speed up the process outlined above and can in fact delay matters, nor will leaving negative feedback. If an item is lost or delayed in the post it is outside of our control and is not the sellers fault. We promise to help if an item has not shown up but would encourage you to understand a process must be followed.
 
Miscellaneous
 
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
 
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
 
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
 
In these Terms, ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely.
 
Crime Prevention
 
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Inky Guy is able to track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities. Anyone suspected in providing false non arrival claims to us or via PayPal will be excluded from buying from filmandtvstuff and our affiliate partners. We always inform eBay and Royal Mail for every non arrival claim to reduce criminal activity on eBay. Submitting false claims is theft and you will be prosecuted if caught. All contact details including name, username, address, postcode and item purchased are submitted to Royal Mail to help make eBay a safer place to buy and sell.
 
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your purchase immediately and without notice to you if:
 
you fail to make any payment to us when due;
 
you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise);
 
when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity;
 
we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site.
