Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
1) General provisions
a) Clients within the meaning of the Rules are both consumers and entrepreneurs
i) A consumer is any natural person who makes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to their economic activity
ii) A trader is any natural or legal person or partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity
b) The language of the Agreement shall be English
2) Conclusion of the agreement
a) Price lists, descriptions, advertisements and other information about Products placed on the website of the SELLER constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement as stipulated in Article 71 of the Civil Code
b) The customer is able to select products within the online shop and place them in a virtual "shopping cart". Before placing an order, the customer has the opportunity to check the order data in the virtual shopping cart
c) By sending an order from the virtual "shopping cart", the customer places a binding order for the items contained therein. Once an order has been placed, the customer receives a confirmation via the eBay messaging system.
d) If the offer does not state otherwise, the Seller realizes the shipment from the territory of Poland to most countries in the world.
e) In the event that delivery is not possible, the Seller will refund the buyer the entire amount paid.
3) Prices
a) The prices in the offers are total prices - i.e. they include all price components, including the applicable sales tax
b) The cost of delivery is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the offer
c) In the case of cross-border deliveries outside the European Union, there may be additional costs (e.g. customs duties or other charges) that the customer has to pay.
4) Shipping
a) The Seller is obliged to dispatch the goods within the time stated in the respective offers
b) Once the goods have been shipped, the Seller must enter the tracking number into eBay
c) In the event of delays, the Seller shall inform the customer
