    This is an International UK Customer, this is 110vac unit and plugs in and works for all 110vac outlets (all of north america). For outside of USA you will need an adapter. (adapter not included)

    Thank you . Item should return to you today , I want to share Pics of how item was received in Pic 1 & 2 . Pic's 3 & 4 is how I shipped item back to you . You might want to speak with your packer on shipping a delicate item in a plain Priority envelope , no padding . Although item had its own foam packer within its box , the condition of the item most likely was damaged to a degree because of rough handling with shipper . I'm still leaving good feedback for you .
