Seller did well in communicating updates on product restock and shipping info. Delay was short and I was kept fully informed. Item arrived well packaged and in new condition. This seller does a nice job of mitigating delays.

They asked me to wait until the following week. So I did and UPS still hadn't received package. Seller said it must have been lost. So I asked for a refund and that is processing now. I would not recommend this seller.

I spoke with the seller who then argued with me that it would fit until I sent me a photo of the two shocks and only then he wanted me to ship it back on my dime which did not happen I had already shipped it up to dmr to modify it to work with the XR. Be careful when deal with this seller.
