It seems to be of equal quality to the OEM part. I think that the seller should use a different shipping service. Overall it is an excellent value to buy one of their brush plate kits rather than buying a starter. Even with the slow shipping I would still purchase again from the seller. Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards.
