I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplierSVG Tattered American Flag SVG for use with CNC and Laser Check out our 50 flag (nr 197461653010)

The item is exactly what I expected based on the description from buyers and the seller. My only issues has been with FedEx, who delivered 5 houses down to a neighbor then my actual address. My recommendation to anyone who buys from this seller and is getting shipped but FedEx, is to have FedEx hold the package at their facility and pick it up there.
