Seller had put the purchased card and some surprise singles inside penny sleeves and attached them to cardboard paper with masking tape so relatively safe packaging. The purchased card arrived as described (with some bonus cards!). I would purchase again from Ktkat!

This charmander promo card does have a small ident on top so not NM but could see this in the listing picture if you looked close enough so received as shown. I will definitely be buying more from this seller in the future.
