It was so Brand new I had to pull the tabs out for first time use for the batteries, Certainly had the appearance of Brand new and never used. Value for money - I am itching to see how Telstra's call guardian operates in the real word, however the incoming call auditing seems good in theory that if you will not say your name and you are not on a trusted list the phone will not even ring and disturb you. The Appearance of the units is Fantastic
