PDF's can contain malicious JavaScript code. When I received the PDF's, I loaded them on to a private AWS server, scanned each PDF with ClamAV and also wrote a Python script to detect and clean any PDF with JavaScript. Each PDF was completely clean. The books were well scanned. Very happy with the PDF's. Thank you.
