What we offer:
We are a business that offers the customer an efficient and reliable service of purchasing a 25-digit key that activates an antivirus software Subscription, either delivered electronically or physical/postal subscription key card.
We do not actually supply the Software itself; you download this via your personal Norton/McAfee/BullGuard online account, which is the case for any Authorised reseller.
As a top authorised reseller of Norton, McAfee, and BullGuard, we supply the genuine product key supplied to us from both companies.
Returns/Refunds Policy.
Electronic product Deliveries:
Software is exempt from return under UK Distance Selling Law as advertised, as the Subscription key has already been delivered. However, we do have a refund process. We can offer to resell the key (Electronically delivered keys only) provided it has not been activated and registered to an antivirus account. (Pending check with the antivirus software company) as you can only activate a key once and after that, it is only any good to the account it was registered to.
Once the new customer has activated the key, we can provide the previous customer with a full refund. Please note that there will be a time delay in reselling the key, based on the new customer activating it. (Not everyone activates their key straight away)
Physical/Postal product Deliveries:
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our service, but we do appreciate that postal items can go astray occasionally. The customer must notify us within 14 days of non-receipt from the date of placing the order with us. We can then follow up with our courier and pending the outcome, process a refund. If any claims are made after 14 days, then no refund can be given.
Please Note: Royal Mail does not class a package as lost until after 10 working days for the original postal day, not including weekends. So, no refunds would process for lost deliveries until after this time period.
Under the return policy and UK Distance Selling Law, the software can only be returned if the software retail package seal is unbroken and has not been tampered with. It is the customer's responsibility to return any unwanted products and make the appropriate return postage tracking after the return request has been authorised and agreed upon.
