I received txt from EVRI on 20th Sept to say they had received the item and were processing delivery.As it was a small package (toothbrush heads) one would have thought delivery would be quick. NO. It took 5 days to be delivered. The money for purchase was taken from my bank before the item was delivered. WHY DO COMPANIES INSIST ON USING SUCH AN AWFUL DELIVERY COMPANY?? they'll get worse come Christmas
