Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to TJ Inspirations Ltd.
1. Order Acceptance
a) A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have e-mailed you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
b) Orders are subject to availability.
2. Price and Payment
a) All our prices are in UK pounds sterling £ (GBP).
b) Prices stated on the website may subject to change without any notice.
c) The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery or installation. You'll see all these in your shopping basket before you submit an order.
d) Payment is deducted once an order is submitted
e) When deciding whether to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from our accredited identity verification partner. For example, we may pass on your details for them to check against certain public and private databases. This will help protect you and us from fraudulent activities.
f) If we identify a transaction as being potentially fraudulent we may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse, we may cancel your order even though you will have received the order confirmation email.
3. Warranty
a) We are happy to announce that all the LCD Panels and Laptop / Notebook batteries purchased from us comes with 90 days warranty from the date of invoice.
b) All our products are dispatched in brand new and secure packaging, therefore damages are extremely rare. However if the products are faulty upon receipt we will be happy to replace once it is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
c) If the product(s) became faulty during this period we will be happy to replace it. Simply contact us first and further instructions will be provided.
d) Note that warranty only cover against defects in material and workmanship. While defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product(s) caused by damage resulting from acts of God (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted.
e) If for any reason the product malfunctions the policy will cover this up to 90 days for a replacement, the existing warranty will carry over NO NEW 90 day policy will commence.
f) Your statutory rights are unaffected.
4. Return and Cancellation Policy
a) Faulty or damaged item - Full refund for any items that was faulty or damaged when received. We will also refund the return postage.
b) Duplicate or incorrect item - Full refund for any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error. We will also refund the return postage.
c) Unwanted item - Full refund or exchange for any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it. We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error. If after 14 days only a replacement will be considered.
d) Note: When returning an item, please make sure original packaging is used which includes the invoice of your purchase or provided RMA documents. We ask all customers to return items using Recorded delivery via Royal Mail or the cheapest tracking service for delivery outside UK Mainland addressing it to our head office.
5. Delivery Policy
a) Due to our strict policies, we regret that all items placed will only be sent to the billing address.
b) FREE deliveries are only available to UK mainland and will be sent via Royal Mail.
c) Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (unless unforeseeable circumstance occurs which is out of our control).
d) Items dispatched on Friday with next day courier will be delivered next working day (Monday unless bank holiday)
e) If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to deliver them in stages.
f) Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
g) If you place your order we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when we've dispatched your order. Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch. This maximum delivery period shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments.
h) Your order will be dispatched from the UK warehouse. However, if the product(s) became unavailable after you ordered, we will allocate your order to be dispatched from our Main warehouse in China.
i) No claims for damages, shortages or discrepancies will be considered unless reported to TJ Inspirations Limited within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
a) To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence on our part or on the part of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Force Majeure
a) We reserve the right to delay delivery or to cancel the order or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
a) Items are shipped from our main warehouse based in UK, therefore Customs Duties and Taxes (except VAT) are not applicable. If you reside outside the EU and in the unlikely event of a charge, this is your responsibility; therefore you should anticipate an amount charged by the government in your respective countries. This includes and not limited to any of the above mentioned as well as any fees charged by the courier company.
9. Property
a) All goods remain the property of TJ Inspirations Limited unless payment has cleared and received in full.
10. Variation
a) These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by an authorised person at TJ Inspirations Ltd
11. Invalidity
a) In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
