Unfortunately, I encountered setup issues that couldn’t be resolved even after working with their tech support team. Despite the challenges, they offered to replace the PC with another of the same brand, rather than offering a refund. I want to thank SJ Computers LLC and their staff for their dedication to customer care. It’s clear that their focus is not just on profit, but on ensuring customer satisfaction.
