Item has a bit chipped edges, but works fine! I think the item is missing its booklet of instructions that most products come with because I just have the item and the cable.

The item was also packed very nicely. Starting up the device, the default language is Japanese, but I was able to easily set it up using the translate feature on Google Lense using my phone, and then was able to change the language to English. And if you're wondering, yes, this is the uncapped Japanese version. I will certainly be ordering from this shop again in the future.

Packaging was beat up and had a hole in it but the 2ds xl was in basically flawless condition somehow. Value was around the market maybe slightly cheaper with coupon. Saw another review that they got retail box which I was hoping for but no luck, but this was not advertised so I can't complain. Would buy again from this seller due to very good condition of item. Thanks.

The seller was very polite and communicative and shipped quickly- the item was packaged adequately (I enjoyed getting a page of Tokyo newspaper!). I appreciated that they warned me about the Import Duty after I had made the purchase and gave me the option to cancel my purchase if I wasn't aware of the customs fee- it was very considerate. I would order from them again. Thank you Viva-Japan!
