My only issue was about the shipping. USPS said package was arriving Thursday before 9pm but didn’t come. Package didn’t show up until today (Saturday). Not sellers fault. USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information. Item came as expected and described. Case was not the original one though, so I reached out to the seller about it, and he made it right by sending me the proper case, which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again, and I highly recommend him. Honest and fair in his dealings unlike a lot of others on EBay. Can’t get any better than that. Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again.
