The seller also highlighted on the envelope a "Please do not fold!" in DE , but maybe stating it also in ENG might have been better, as my usual postwoman wasn't on duty & her substitute unfortunately did either not care about or wasn't able to read it, as it was folded by half to get it in the letterbox (instead of ringing at the door).
