The spacing between the top of the screws tops and the bottom of the HTX-202 radio is extremely small. When the battery is slid into place against the lock, it causes the battery to jam itself against the radio. It took 2 days to remove the battery from the radio. REPLACE THE TOP SCREWS FROM THE NEW BATTERY WITH THE TOP SCREWS FROM THE OLD BATTERY.
