Although it wasn’t dispatched until the Monday after I ordered on Thursday, it still arrived quickly by FedEx and was delivered on Wednesday. Packaging was excellent—very secure, everything arrived in perfect condition. The item’s condition was even better than described. Be aware that duty came to about 20% of the selling price. But they explained it and apologized, and that made a big difference. I’ve bought several times from this seller and they deserve their 100% positive feedback. They’ve always been extremely good at communication and fast shipping, and if anything they describe their items conservatively. When the items arrive (Tiffany jewelry) it’s 10/10 quality BETTER than described! A+++++
