All items are sent in a standard poly mailing bag. If you prefer alternative packaging, please inform us, and we can adjust your invoice accordingly, with additional charges for separate packaging. Contact us for specific packaging requests.
 
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items, including those in different colors and sizes from the ones listed.
 
If you wish to return and exchange items for a different color or size, additional charges will apply to cover postage costs. The additional postage costs will be deducted from the credit value if a second order is placed. In some cases, we may cancel the second order.
