Terms of Use
You understand and agree that the owners of this eBay Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Buying Products from our eBay store
To order Products you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out here.
1. Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our eBay shop.
2. Any times or dates stated on our eBay shop for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the time specified, but do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
3. You must pay by PayPal, Cheque or credit or debit card at the time of order. Products will not be dispatched to you until we are in receipt of cleared funds. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our eBay shop are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 4 below). We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. If your credit card has already been charged we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). The prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you or to cancel and refund an order at any time. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 14 days.
5. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Products offered by us on our eBay shop will be correct, that the PayPal account, credit or debit card, which you use is your own, or you are authorised to use it and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Products.
6. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
7. All Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the Products for any reason we will not charge you and we will refund any money already paid by you.
8. All Products we supply are covered by the terms and conditions. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse.
