Each item of thehencompany.com is printed to order payment must be made in full before print and dispatch.
 
CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel any order within 14 days after receipt. The customer does not have the right to cancel any order for personalised items unless the item is faulty or damaged (the term ‘faulty’ does not include errors made by the customer including spelling mistakes and, but not limited to, sizing discrepancies).
 
RETURNS
Our priority is to make sure our customers receive the best service possible at all times therefore we offer a no quibble returns and exchange service.
PLEASE NOTE: - PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE this includes standard printed items that have been altered to suit buyers preferences.
All items are returned at the buyers own cost - reimbursement for postage costs of faulty items is made at the discretion of Nerdy-Pig.
Non-personalised items can be returned if wrong size has been purchased or item is an unwanted gift. Item must be unworn and in original packaging. Proof of return postage must be obtained.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
Licensed or copyright images, logos or trademarks must not be submitted to Nerdy-Pig by the customer for reprint without the consent of the owner. By submitting any artwork for reprint the customer confirms that they are the copyright or trademark owner or have consent from the copyright or trademark owner. Nerdy-Pig shall not be liable for any claim or expense arising out of any illegal matter printed for the customer or any infringement of copyright or patent or similar right resulting from compliance of the customers instructions either expressed or implied. Any legal costs incurred in such matter shall be borne by the customer.
Nerdy-Pig reserves the right to cancel and refund with immediate effect all orders relating to images, logos or trademarks it deems to be copyright, or have justifiable concern that images requested to be printed are copyright or detrimental to Nerdy-Pig brand.
Once nerdy-Pig has produced your goods, any file(s) will be stored and will remain our property to be used in conjunction with our systems at any point in the future. The customer is not permitted to receive this intellectual property to provide to other companies to reproduce onto garments.
 
COLOUR MATCH
All colour swatches shown on Ebay are matched as closely as possible to represent the colour of the selected garment. However this cannot always be an exact representation due to various limiting factors such as personal screen resolutions and graphic display quality. The customer must accept responsibility in being satisfied in their chosen colours before placing the firm order and has no right to reject or return an order on these grounds.
 
Delivery
Nerdy-Pig reserves the right to change carrier and service provided without notice being given to the purchaser.
 
Clothing Brands
Nerdy-Pig does not use a specific brand of clothing, where a brand is listed every effort will be made to use that brand however Nerdy-Pig reserves the right to substitute and provide the customer with any brand as long as the colour and size of the customer's purchase is adhered to. By purchasing the customer agrees that Nerdy-Pig may provide any brand of clothing.
