    Model Rocket shipped in cardboard wrapped & taped,used a bag. One end of body tube crushed, No shipping BOX.... I was lucky enough to find & get a body tube to replace damage one.I even sent message saying I'm getting replacement body tube, he didn't even offer or ask how much it be .
