  Great seller! Shoes came exactly like the picture! Love them so much. Shipping took a little over a week! Came with a box.

  Wrong size was ordered, got offered 1/3rd the amount paid refund and keep the item but it did not fit so i informed them i had to use for it. They then recommended giving them to family. Then offered 2/3rds the amount, then full refund if i paid shipping back to them. Then finally gave refund regardless. However, communication Was good and it was the product advertised shipped in a timely manner, just the wrong size.

  I ordered 2 pairs of EU39 shoes. I received 2 pairs of size EU40 shoes (a size that isn’t even in the listing). I had multiple messages with the seller regarding covering return shipping - since this is not an error on my part. They sent the wrong item. They offered a partial refund with no replacement (asking me to keep shoes that don't fit and aren’t what I ordered). Guess I’m sending them back (using the official process, not the address they provided) AND losing money. Buyers beware.

  This is the absolute worst seller Ive ever dealt with on eBay or anywhere. Haven't receive the shipment. Have zero shipping info available as they still have "awaiting shipment" on the order and then only on messaging do they give me some weird fake tracking number that shows no tracking from China Shipping some random thing with zero ability to see where the package is. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with and its an entire month of nonsense of back and forth and I have nothing.
