  Item as described. Shipping was quite fast, with decent packing. Lenses and camera glass were mint. (My biggest worry buying a Quest 3 used) Mild cosmetic damage such as small chipping on controllers and small amounts of grime on the controllers, though the Quest 3 unit was like-new. Worth the money, will consider purchasing from this seller again. Pleasure doing business.

  I am disapointed. the headset arrived fine but the controllers didnt work/ wouldn't connect. i've tried everything i can possibly do. i then asked for them to send a replacment. they said yes and i gave them my shipping details as asked. it's been a week since i've asked for any updates or atleast the shipping details. i'm giving them a week to respond before i talk to ebay and get a refund. i waited 2weeks for an item i can't use. it was not worth the $357 i payed for it.

  The item never arrived. The seller doesn't respond to messages. Fortunately, eBay intervened and issued the refund.
