    Never got product, contacted the seller 3 times until I had to let eBay step in to cancel order. Didn’t get any communication from Seller regarding shipping ornaments any problems they’ll were having. Very bad service!

    Shipping took longer than advertised. Packaging was subpar. The light did not include the whole assembly - there was a piece missing that makes installation incomplete. The description didn't mention the chip on the housing, though, it was mentioned in an inconspicuous spot to make it less than obvious. Multiple attempts to contact seller to give them an opportunity to right this situation but have not had messages returned.
