  Item was exactly as described in listing. Packed well to ensure it was in good condition upon delivery. Quality keyboard to built a mobile all in one mechanic texting unit. Shipping took a little while given that it was coming from China

  The listing said it is unlocked. It is NOT. It was not accessible with TMobile. The company is not being helpful at all to return it. First I was told to send it back "to China" with no address. Then they sent me an address with no shipping label. I asked for a prepaid shipping label, as per Ebay, and was told that I should purchase it and when they receive the item they will reimburse me, which is not acceptable! I am still waiting for appropriate response from the seller.
