  One day after purchasing the item the seller explained in a message: "... we received feedback from the logistics company that there was a batch of lost items. Unfortunately, your package was among them.". I had read the Negative feedback beforehand and decided to purchase because the price was good. The price may have been to good to be true. Full refund issued after cancelling the order. Thanks.

  Beware of this seller, the tracking did not show they handed the items over to the carrier, Then they said they would resend, but never di, so i had to open a case to get them sent, but they just refunded me. I have had to reorder, So i am still waiting to do the job i need this item for, for a very long time now!

  This item was not the correct size and the clock surround I ordered should have been gold coloured but when it arrived it was silver. But to be fair this company handled my complaint professionally and gave me a full refund.
