  Not altogether a great experience but I'm convinced the seller did his best. Item didn't arrive after 10 days so he promised to send another. That didn't arrive either. Seller contacted his supplier who gave mixed messages, saying they would send another but also that they were out of stock! In the end seller issued a full refund and offered me a reduction on future purchases. Sending large/valuable items Untracked by courier allows the courier to intentionally "lose" items with no comeback.

  I contacted the seller 3 days after i ordered the hoodie and another 2 days later they responded and said they'll update me. Then they started the refund with no further details. After that, i recieved an email saying they'll refund me as the item was lost in transit. I replied asking them to send another instead of the refund but didn't get an answer and the item is unavailable since then. It seems like false advertisement.

  When my bracelet that I bought arrives and they say that the delivery came on 08/18/2025 and nothing has arrived and I spend 24 hours at home all day 24/7 at home and no one has rang my doorbell to open the door for them. It's already 08/26/2025 and it doesn't arrive. Evri says it's on the way and they don't appear. It's better to return or refund my money. Evri kept the delivery or left it at the wrong address and it's been 3 weeks and nothing
