    Item was described as "Excellent like new condition fully functional". Received a multitool that had two defects that affected the safe use of the scissors tool. Seller responded immediately to my concerns, accepted return, and gave full refund quickly. Problems do occur from time to time when buying used merchandise, but this seller handled the problem in a very acceptable way.
