    I had a very positive communication wiz the seller who was nice n answered my emails. The only negative was that the quilts that I had purchased r not like shown on the online photos. They r new but they were not in a sealed bag like the online photos, they arrived nicely folded in a large clear see through bag wiz a simple label wiz the size n tog printed on it. The quilt does not have a label attached 2 it n under BR5335, it’s compulsory 2 have one. Seller said he would let his supplier know.

    Fantastic service from this seller. VERY VERY fast dispatch and delivery. Thank you seller. We haven't opened this Duvet yet as we need it packed ready for our move next month to a new home. But if it looks the same in real as it does on the website it will be great, just what we were looking for. Arrived well packaged. Can fully recommend this seller 1000%.

    The item I received did not match my expectation from the description, cover felt synthetic and it was heavy - no label on the quilt and in a plain bag so think maybe I had not received the correct item. Return was simple and refund dealt with quickly on receipt so no complaints
